Our mission is to assist people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) helping them to reach their maximum potential by providing information and training to the consumer, families, professionals, agencies and the community at large.
We accomplish our mission by providing consulting, trainings and follow up services to professionals, school systems, agencies and families. We will work with you to decide what type of training best meets your needs and the needs of the consumer.
For parents, we provide trainings that will assist the entire family. Trainings can include behavior management, applied behavior analysis (ABA), visuals, effective ways to communicate, how to structure your house, and strategies that are best practices when working with people with ASD.
For professionals and agencies, we provide trainings that will enable the consumer to become successful in the work environment. This will include trainings that will maximize appropriate behavior and minimize inappropriate behavior. In addition, we will train you and your staff how to more effectively communicate with the consumers.
The following are a few but not all of the professionals and agencies that can benefit from our services:
- Department of Rehabilitation Services and Mental Health
- Hospitals
- Doctor and Dental Practices
- Social Security
- United Cerebral Palsy
- Businesses of all types
For school systems, we provide trainings on research based strategies, behavior management, visuals, how to structure the classroom and effective ways to communicate.
Transition – We provide trainings for consumers, secondary educators, families and adult agencies. Use of our SEEA program enables us to assess consumers for potential employment based on the consumer’s strengths, likes and sensory needs.
